DAMAC’s facilities management arm Luxury Owner Association Management Services receives DLD recognition at Cityscape Global

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) recognised DAMAC’s facilities management arm, Luxury Owner Association Management Services LLC (LOAMS), for its excellence in managing the facilities of numerous properties. LOAMS is dedicated to addressing owners' needs across DAMAC’s wide portfolio of homes and commercial spaces.

“We are delighted about the DLD recognition which came as we conclude our participation in this year’s Cityscape. It further demonstrates DAMAC’s excellence not only in developing unique properties, but also in ensuring a great ownership experience,” said Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President at DAMAC. 

The recognition comes at the last day of Cityscape, were DAMAC showcased a dynamic range of luxury properties and exclusive offers that meet changing homeownership needs in Dubai.

Commenting on DAMAC’s participation at Cityscape Global 2018, Niall said: “This year’s event reflected the maturity of Dubai’s real estate sector. At DAMAC, we provided both investors and aspiring homeowners an array of luxury properties that suit different budgets and lifestyle requirements.
