Civil Aviation Authority renews license "good" to operate Prince Mohammed bin Abdul Aziz Airport in Madinah

The General Authority of Civil Aviation (CAA) has renewed the license to operate the Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah for the operation of airports.
A ceremony was held on this occasion during which the Assistant General Director of the General Authority for Civil Aviation Standards Yasser bin Mansour Al-Mayouf gave a speech in which he explained that this step came within the directives of His Excellency the President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation Mr. Abdulhadi Al Mansouri. He is keen to ensure that the Kingdom's airports meet the highest international safety standards. .
He pointed out that Taiba has met the requirements of the airport licensing standards stipulated in the regulations of the Authority and is in compliance with the standards of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), which guarantee the safety of performance, operation and facilitation of air traffic at the airport.
He said that the airport license requires the preparation of the airport operation manual, the airport emergency plan guide and the safety management manual (SMS) and its approval by the General Authority of Civil Aviation, which explains the procedures of the airport operator to ensure the safety of aviation and airport users.
Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport received the license on August 13, 2015.
