The award acknowledges Bahri’s pioneering efforts in youth empowerment, both within the organization and outside, and its keenness to address the aspirations, concerns, and interests of the youth, while providing them with opportunities to develop their capabilities. It also recognizes the effectiveness of the company’s recruitment strategy in employing young talent at all levels and its proactive steps to equip the youth with advanced competencies to enable them to become agents of change.

Commenting on the achievement, Hisham Alkhaldi, Chief Support Officer of Bahri, said: “We are honored to be awarded at yet another prestigious regional forum for our innovative and successful HR initiatives and programs.
