Azizi Developments, one of the leading private developers in the UAE, has recorded a construction completion of 92 per cent for Farishta, its new residential tower in Al Furjan, an up-and-coming strategic location with excellent connectivity.

Farishta, comprising 284 elegantly designed residences in a mix of 137 studios, 124 one-bedroom, 15 two-bedroom apartments and eight spacious penthouses, is on-schedule for delivery and expected to be handed over in Q4 2019.

Part of Azizi Developments’ impressive line-up of over 20 projects in Al Furjan, Farishta’s external works are now more than 70 per cent complete. Nearly 100 per cent of the structure and 99 per cent of the blockwork is done, while tiling and HVAC works stand at 99 and 92 per cent respectively. The second fix of MEP works is at 95 per cent, the façade works are at 92 per cent, and overall finishing stands at 89 per cent.
