Azizi Developments, one of the leading private developers in the UAE, has announced the completion of 70 per cent of Aura. The 479-unit development, which comprises 349 studios, 87 one-bedroom, and 43 two-bedroom apartments, is scheduled to be completed by Q2, 2020.

99 per cent of the project’s structure and blockwork, and 95 per cent of the internal plastering, are now complete. The second fix of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) now stands at 72 per cent, while the façade has reached 71 per cent. A 64 per cent completion of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) have been recorded, as well as almost 62 per cent for the overall finishing.The tiling, elevator installation, and swimming pools are advancing swiftly as well.
