The General Authority for Culture and the Technical Committee of the General Authority for Culture announce the amendment of the Technical Committee of the General Authority for Culture, headed by Mr. Turki Al-Sheikh, and the appointment of Salim Al Hindi as Vice Chairman independently of his work in Rotana for Audio and Video. The membership of Zaki Hassanein, Hassanein, Ziad Hamza, Nawaf Al Bannai and Abdullah Mukharash to reorganize the mechanism of licensing and times of concerts, ticket prices in all regions of the Kingdom, as well as the internal party market.

The Commission affirms that the decision to amend the committee was aimed at improving the environment for banqueting, developing it and reducing price inflation, in addition to ensuring that it is suitable for the public and the organized alike.

The General Authority for Entertainment and the Technical Committee of the General Authority for Culture emphasize the need to obtain the necessary licenses for the establishment of artistic concerts through the official licensing portal on the Authority's website.

And that in the event of the establishment of any concert, without the license of the Committee, and abide by the provisions of the license controls and standards, they will be subject to cancellation and severe penalties, which entail and up to the freezing of licenses, and impose high financial penalties.
