All you can eat Dim Sum brunch now at Shang Palace every weekend

Shang Palace, the home of soulful and modern Chinese cuisine, is delighted to announce the launch of its new “Dim Sum Brunch” every Friday and  Saturday starting on 4th November. Diners at Shang Palace can expect to be delighted with the best Chinese food in Jeddah where traditional tastes are blended with local influences and modern techniques for a unique experience. This limited time promotion can be enjoyed until 31st December. Guests will receive a delightful choice of all you can eat dim sum, a main dish, a choice of noodles, rice and dessert accompanied with a fine selection of Chinese tea, all for SAR 188 per person.

 

 

 

Traditionally, Dim Sum, translating to ‘touch the heart’ in Chinese is a meal made up of small plates of dumplings and other snack dishes, usually accompanied by tea. Following this beloved tradition, Shang Palace encourages guests to share the dishes amongst family and friends, enjoying an exquisite vibrant afternoon of authentic Szechuan specialties. At Shang Palace, traditional techniques gained through the brand’s 50-year heritage are combined with new-generation energy and creativity to deliver an experience like no other.

 

 

 

Brunch at Shang Palace promises an enjoyable menu of colourful and fiery Chinese cuisine featuring an unlimited choice of the famous dim sums. Guests will begin their culinary adventure with an option of steamed or deep-fried dim sums. For the mains, diners can choose from BBQ honey glazed chicken char siew, Sweet and sour chicken, black pepper beef, Sichuan authentic braised eggplant, crispy butter oatmeal crumb chicken with egg floss and many more.

 

 To accompany this, there is a choice of the staple rice or noodles that include Garlic egg fried rice, superior soy stir fried egg noodle, beef fried rice and more popular favourites.

 

 

 

End the brunch experience on a sweet high note with the delightful Passion fruit crème brulee or the Macao Portuguese Egg Tart. For a frozen delight, guests are invited to try the mouth-watering popsicle flavours: matcha green tea, lemon ice and ginger ice.
