Afro Asian Assistance have announced a strategic partnership with Al Bassami International Business Group (BIG) of Saudi Arabia to provide a roadside assistance service in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 

 

The programme is named ROAD and was developed by BIG. It will offer cost effective and high quality roadside assistance services by way of a dedicated team. This service will be available to both individuals and insurance companies throughout Saudi Arabia and the region.

 

Commenting on this latest development, Mr. Ahmed Nasralla, Head of Business Development at Afro Asian Assistance said: “Since inception, Afro Asian Assistance has had a close relationship with the Saudi market and is regarded as an important player. Following the agreement of cooperation, we will now be represented throughout Saudi Arabia by BIG, an established brand name in the market”.  

 

Mr. Nasralla added: “We are confident that this partnership will lead us to further strengthen our reputation. We also look forward to further developing our services in other areas including travel assistance”.

 

BIG CEO, Mr. Abdulraouf al-Qahtani, expressed his pleasure at this partnership, saying: “The signing of this agreement represents the realisation of our efforts to establish the ROAD programme. Both companies will work to develop this programme in order to address local needs and the requirements of the Gulf region.” 

 

Mr. Al-Qahtani added: “Afro Asian Assistance has the necessary expertise to make a success of this project. The cooperation of these two companies will put both in a stronger position for addressing the needs of the market.”
