Abdul Latif Jameel Motors - Lexus, has launched Lexus Art gallery “Art Lexus” the first fine Art gallery in Saudi Arabia to take place inside an automotive showroom.

On this occasion, an art exhibition of the kingdom's most prominent artists was held in collaboration with “Naila Art Gallery”.  The opening ceremony, which was held in Riyadh, was attended by pioneers of culture and arts as well as activists in the art and literary arena, and enthusiasts of contemporary art and students of fine arts at Saudi universities.

Meanwhile, Mr. Yousef Hussein, the Head of Lexus Marketing Operations, had expressed his delight with the opening of Art Lexus in Riyadh, and said: “We at Lexus are very proud to be part of the ever growing Art scene in Saudi Arabia, we believe that the Lexus brand in its essence is closely affiliated with Fine Art, and it will be of great benefit to go hand in hand with this growing Fine Art scene through exhibitions and Art society events. Our goal is to further inspire the Art scene and be inspired by it for the good of our beloved community and Lexus brand enthusiasts and for the progress of fine Arts in Saudi Arabia”   

On the opening day, various works of art were displayed highlighting the beauty and sophistication of Saudi art, and reflect the depth of originality, creativity and the great experience of Saudi artists. The exhibition included more than 100 works of art from different art schools, as well as sculpture and bronze works.

Art Lexus is expected to play a prominent role in promoting art, culture and highlighting the active art in Saudi Arabia. In the coming months, a range of exhibitions, activities and artistic events will be held to provide its audience in Riyadh with a wide range of high-end artistic and cultural experiences.

Art Lexus is located at the ground floor of Lexus Riyadh Center in the northern ring road; Art Lexus welcomes its visitors until February 29, 2020, from Sunday to Thursday from 5pm to 9pm.
