 H.E Mohamed Ali Musabbeh Al Nuaimi, Chairman, Ras al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry invited investors and businessmen in Costa Rica to benefit from the investment and business opportunities in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah in all sectors. He noted that Ras Al Khaimah shall host two key events in November and December, the emirate shall host the largest “International Exhibition for SMEs” from 14 to 16th of November, and the “7th Arab Conference of Investment in Food Security”, from 17 to 18th of December. With 400 participants for the both events which shall witness the largest Arab and international participation of governments and private institutions, SMEs and institutions that are active in the food security and particularly from sectors such as agriculture, technology and infrastructure development and manufacturing.

Al Nuaimi made his statement in a meeting with H.E. Francisco J. Chacón Hernández, Ambassador of the Republic of Costa Rica to UAE, in Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He conveyed the invitation to the Government and Private Sector to participate in the exhibitions and conferences hosted by Ras Al Khaimah, which shall provide a valuable opportunity and platform for communications among the participants, and share knowledge and experience with other key players in the different sectors. He highlighted the opportunities and investments, and facilitations offered by Ras Al Khaimah Government for the companies, with the wide range of options and unique benefits including the strategic location of the emirate, the logistics facilities and the advanced infrastructure.

 

H. E Francisco J. Chacón Hernández. Ambassador of the Republic of Costa Rica praised the efforts made by Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce to host and organize the events which shall contribute to the growth of businesses and create rewarding environment and promote the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

Ambassador of the Republic of Costa Rica show his interest to participate in the two events and affirmed that he will communicate with all the companies and investors in his country to participate in international SMEs exhibition. He further noted that there shall be an official government participation in the 7th Arab Conference of Investment in Food Security. He invited the Chamber of Commerce of Ras Al Khaimah to establish an office in his country to represent as an investment window to serve Costa Rica and Ras Al Khaimah Emirate, and shall play a key role in facilitating the economic cooperation. He emphasised that such events represent a great opportunity to reinforce the cooperation and contribute to increase the bi-lateral trade between Costa Rica and Ras Al Khaimah in the coming years.
