Dubai Muscle Show & Active Show 2023

Dubai Active is the Middle East’s leading fitness and wellness event and a vital platform for sector professionals to network, develop new business and avail multiple education and training opportunities.

Spanning three days, the event combines four tracks: the Middle East Fitness Business Summit, the UAE Exercise Professionals Summit, The Future Wellness Summit and the Dubai Active Industry Startup Talks.

In addition, after a sold-out launch event in 2022, Dubai Active on the Beach will return, featuring live fitness and yoga classes, group meditation and mindfulness workshops, healthy food markets, fitness, apparel & nutrition and more.

Alongside Dubai Active is Dubai Muscle Show, the region’s leading fitness and bodybuilding event. This year, 600 leading athletes and bodybuilders will participate in competitions such as the Dubai Muscle Classic, the Team Nogueira Future Champions, Turf Games, Battle of the Bars and King of the Table Arm Wrestling.

There will also be Q&A sessions and ‘meet and greets’ with leading athletes.
