“gulf Customer Experience” Partners With “aramex” to Launch Its New Customer Care Centre in Bahrain

Gulf Customer Experience (Gulf CX) - the leading Digital Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider in the GCC, has recently partnered with Aramex, the disruptive leader in the global logistics and transportation industry, to launch its new Customer Care Centre in Bahrain. The new Customer Care Centre began operations during the holy month of Ramadan.

 

Aramex which already has call centers in KSA and other Middle East countries, chose Gulf CX for its call center expansion in response to the increase in shipment volumes across the GCC, with specific support for Saudi Arabia. The strategic location of Bahrain, cost-effective service delivery framework, high caliber work force and cultural alignment between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia ensure high performance and exceptional customer service is achieved.

 

Gulf CX has proved since launch, its ability to successfully provide excellent quality services, coupled with high productivity making the service delivery offering to Aramex a strategic win in their support for their largest market in the region.
