– Earlier this week, De Dietrich Cuisine Academy organised its first-ever cooking demonstration session for club members as well as non-members. The complimentary class marked the soft-opening of the new cooking school within Dubai Ladies Club, a member of Dubai Women Establishment. This will be the first cooking school in the world to be established by the De Dietrich, French Premium Kitchen Appliances, brand.
During the evening, over 30 ladies learnt the simple yet classic Ramadan recipes - ‘Kofta
Samosa’ with oriental spices and mint yogurt dip, and followed by Mini Crepe stuffed with glazed orange dates. Under the capable guidance of Chef Gabrielle, ladies had the opportunity to roll their own samosas while discovering new and delicious stuffing recipes. The attendees feasted on tastings & refreshment created by De Dietrich Cuisine Academy. Guests left happy and energized, along with a handful of professional recipes and a goodie bag full of treats courtesy of De Dietrich Cuisine Academy.
Moreover, De Dietrich Cuisine Academy will host an encore session for ladies on Sunday, 12th August, 2012 from 9:30pm at Dubai Ladies Club. Ladies are invited to confirm their place for the complimentary workshop at their earliest.
