YORK displays Saudi Made Cooling Solutions at HVACR Expo Saudi 2017

Al Salem Johnson Controls (YORK), a leading provider of HVAC equipment, security systems, and controls, showcased its latest energy efficient innovations at the HVACR Saudi Expo 2017, held at the Jeddah Centre for Forums and Events between January 15 and 17, 2017.

 

YORK displayed its latest state-of-the-art products and solutions, particularly air conditioning systems, chillers, and air handling units, which are locally manufactured and assembled at YORK Factory in Jeddah, with YORK’s global technologies and standards. A wide range of YORK products are distributed in the Saudi market, as well as exported to overseas markets in the Gulf States and some Asian and African countries.

 

Al Salem Johnson Controls’ CEO, Dr. Mohanad Alshaikh, stressed on the importance of participating at the expo, as it offers an opportunity to promote top energy saving products and solutions, as he said: “We are committed to finding solutions that help reduce energy consumption; in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which prioritises energy conservation. We seek to remain the leading provider of energy efficient solutions.”

 

Al Salem Johnson Controls seeks to be a key player in the Kingdom’s vision to achieving a sustainable economy and diversifying resources. In light that the HVAC solutions consume 70 percent of the Kingdom’s energy, the company’s drives its expertise and efforts towards innovating and developing smart HVAC energy efficient solutions and control systems.

 

During the HVACR Saudi Expo 2017, Al Salem Johnson Controls presented educational workshops focusing on energy efficiency, addressing this vital issue by different topics; the first discussed speed control methodology to different types of chiller technologies, which save up to 30 percent of energy, ensuring reduced electricity bills round the year. The second discussed the concept of Energy as Services Company Model (ESCO), which provides a broad range of energy solutions, showcasing a detailed case study. Lastly, the third reviewed emerging technologies for energy efficient buildings.
