Shopper Trade-In

Designed to assist consumers eager to recycle their electronic items before purchasing or upgrading, GITEX Shopper will offer special vouchers that can be redeemed at the show in exchange for old technology items deposited at the designated Trade-In area.

Test your flying skills

Taking technology to new heights, the Shopper Drone Zone in the new Xperience Zone will offer novice and expert drone operator’s first-hand training on how to operate a drone and test out their own piloting skills in a safe area on the show floor. Unbox a YouTube sensation

Visitors will be able to witness first-hand ‘Unboxing’ demonstrations streamed directly from the show. Taking place within the Xperience Zone, a number of the latest products will be ‘unboxed’ live onstage with a guest appearance from the award-winning content creator, YouTuber and Technologist, EMKWAN, who has amassed almost 44,000 subscribers.

Reduced tickets and free parking

Tickets are priced at only AED 20, a reduction on last year. Entry is free for children below the age of five. Students enter for AED10. Creating even more convenience for visitors, GITEX Shopper 2018 is offering free parking at DWTC to those who spend more than AED300 at the show.
