On behalf of the US mission to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Americans visiting the Kingdom to perform the Hajj this year, Christopher Henzel, chargé d’affaires at the US Embassy, expressed gratitude to King Salman; Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman; Minister of Hajj and Umrah Mohammed Bentin; and the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance Saleh Al-Asheikh for welcoming the thousands of American Muslims participating in this year’s pilgrimage.
“Additionally, I extend my thanks to the people of Saudi Arabia for their hospitality and generosity toward American Muslims.”
“We offer our best wishes to Muslims around the world for a blessed Eid Al-Adha. We congratulate all Muslims — including thousands of Americans — who are performing Hajj this year in fulfillment of one of the fundamental pillars of their faith,” said Henzel.
