Family friendly Al Forsan restaurant offers a special UAE National Day brunch with kid’s activities and traditional Emirati entertainment, while award-winning Al Hadheerah desert restaurant presents a truly Emirati and Arabic dining and entertaining experience, marking the hospitality of the authentic Arab culture.

On Sunday, 2 December and for one day only, Al Forsan restaurant offers a luxurious UAE National Day celebration offering an extensive Arabic buffet, highlighted with a wide selection of authentic Emirati culinary creations prepared by our Arabic culinary team headed by Chef Mouhamed Ferjani. Traditional Emirati foodies will explore the exquisite taste of the rich- flavoured delicacies from ‘veal harees’, ‘lamb thareed’ and ‘fish salouna’  ‘to ‘prawns nashef’, ‘vegetable salona’ and ‘chicken makboos’. To complete a culinary Emirati experience, mouth-watering traditional desserts including ‘lukaymat’, ‘khamfaroush’ and ‘khoobs rokak’ await the guests to taste and explore. For the little guests, a fun day is guaranteed with various activities including mini zoo, juggler, magician and face painting together with bouncy castle and camel and pony rides. Traditional Emirati entertainment program is presented only on this special day including the local Ayalah band. To extend the celebration mode, two lucky brunch guests will win raffle draw prizes including dinner for two people at ‘Al Hadheerah’ restaurant with authentic Middle Eastern cuisine and live entertainment and infinity pool access for two people.

Sunday, 2 December will mark a special day at Al Hadheerah desert restaurant, where an Emirati and Arabic feast will take place. The Arabic-inspired UAE National Day buffet at Al Hadheerah desert restaurant, created by the professional culinary team, will present on the day, extensive mouthwatering delicacies from Middle Eastern cuisines with special Emirati masterpieces to celebrate this day in style. Here, guests will explore an authentic culinary trip and are welcome to choose their favourite out of a wide selection of traditional main dishes including ‘chicken makboos’, ‘lamb biryani’, ‘mohammar’, marguga’, ‘foga semach’, ‘moadam rubyan ‘veal harees’ together with ‘salona’ whether fish, chicken or vegetables. Foodies with a sweet tooth will enjoy irresistible home-made dessert buffet offering exquisite Arabic desserts with special Emirati delicacies whether ‘lukaymat’and ‘khamfaroush’ or ‘’khoobs rokak and ‘chabab’. In addition to a rich authentic buffet, Al Hadheerah desert restaurant will offer ten interactive cooking stations and delicacies from famous Middle Eastern cuisines including Egyptian, Syrian, Lebanese and Palestinian, Jordanian, Iraqi, Moroccan, Omani and Iranian cuisines. Al Hadheerah UAE National Day celebration is available on Sunday, 2 December 2018 from 7:00pm – 11:30pm at Al Hadheerah desert restaurant and is priced at AED 520 per person (including food, bottled local water, soft beverages and Arabic coffee – price inclusive VAT).
