 With the new year upon us and Dubai’s beautiful beach season in full swing, we love spending our weekends outside, lazing by a pool or enjoying a light lunch in the warm winter sun. DRIFT has lined up a series of new offerings this January, promising to make you wish you were there every day of the week!

Transition from a long leisurely lunch at DRIFT’s signature restaurant into an electric sunset soiree, as you make DRIFT your new favourite weekend afternoon ritual. Serving Provençal cuisine, DRIFT’s fresh and uncomplicated menu tempts you to enjoy a laid-back lunch, in either the shaded terrace or understated indoor restaurant before raising the tempo, turning up the tunes and inviting you to join the party. Every weekend select your fresh seafood specials from DRIFT’s stunning Raw Bar, setting it apart from other lunchtime spots in Dubai.  And once your lunch has settled, DRIFT’s pulse gradually begins to rise, bringing the party to life with the DJ playing a selection of favourite tunes. Having danced the afternoon away, you’ll want to come back time and time again to kick back, dip your toes in the sand, and party island style, as the sun goes down.

DRIFT away for a weekday lunch, a well-earned break from the city, where you can reset your mind to help you get back to the grind with a refreshed perspective. Take a step back with DRIFT’s light and effortless business lunch and enjoy delicious dishes from the carefully curated set menu including delicate Ravioles Provençales, succulent grilled hanger steak tagliata or baked aubergine with marinated goat cheese, fresh herbs & crisps.  If you have room for something sweet, try the chocolate fondant, with blackberry and lavender ice cream, you’ll be ready to head back to the office satisfied and ready for the afternoon ahead.
