On the beautiful occasion of Mother’s Day, Swarovski collaborated with prominent mothers from the region to create a heartwarming video paying tribute to motherhood.  The video features influential figures such as Mayada Solieman and her son, Deema AlAsadi and her son, Digital influencer and comedian, Mohanad Al Hattab and his mother, Fashionista and entrepreneur, Natalia Shustova and her stepdaughter and Yasmeen Dakheel and her daughter and infant son.

 

Tugging at the heartstrings, the video had these outstanding figures share warm moments with their loved ones and talk about what Mothers and Motherhood means to them. ‘The birth of the child is the rebirth of the mother’ said Mayada. ‘My son is my motivation to wake up every morning, I even would go to bed thinking how is tomorrow going to start.’

 

Deema thinks that ‘Being a mum means that you already gave a new life. It is joyful moments and tears at the same time, these moments are everything’; while Natalia believes that ‘It is happiness, excitement, amazing and tough.’ For Yasmin, ‘Motherhood is the only feeling of giving without being bored or tired.’ Mohannad’s mother, from her side, said that she ‘can see her existence and life through her kids’ eyes.’
