Saudia offices in Makkah ensure smooth traffic

Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) has intensified its efforts through its two offices in Makkah to serve the guests of God in their arrivals and departures. The airline has an office near the Grand Mosque and a head office in Ashuhada district.

Saudia has enough manpower at its two offices to ensure quick services to the pilgrims. It has for the first time this year introduced receiving luggage long before the travel time of the passengers, starting with about 180,000 pilgrims from India, Indonesia and Malaysia so that they do not worry about the shipment of the luggage and focus on their Haj rites and prayers.

Saudia has airlifted more than 400,000 pilgrims on board 1,771 special Haj and scheduled flights. The other new services introduced for the pilgrims consist of issuing the boarding passes long before the travel time.
