Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) Launches ‘whatsapp’ Service for Customer Support
Saudi Arabian Airlines (SAUDIA) has added an official ‘Whatsapp’ communication line whereby guests can text in their inquiries and requests.
Starting from the end of January, guests have been using the service to communicate with the airline to amend their booking, make special requests, and send other general inquiries about SAUDIA’s services.
The airline welcomes guests to use the Whatsapp service line to make an inquiry, file a complaint, submit suggestions, and make AlFursan service requests, for the airline’s loyalty program members.
To date, more than 10,000 cases have been handled through the Whatsapp channel with an average response to queries in 10 minutes or less.
The official operational working hours from the Whatsapp line is from 0800hrs to 23:59hrs KSA time. Guests are welcome to text their messages for a response from an agent.

As part of the airline’s Transformation Plan, enhancements are being made all across the operations, from introducing new products and services onboard, as well as convenient and flexible methods to make and manage bookings.
The new Whatsapp service is an extension of SAUDIA’s sales and call centers, and was developed with the aim to provide added convenience for the airline’s loyal guests.

Hi I travelled to Saudia in April n didn’t use return ticket. I cancelled n applied intime for refund but since two months passed I havnt got refund n also not heard from airline . Plz adress my problem n pay me refund as I’m struggling to pay my bills many thanx

كان لدي حجز درجة رجال الاعمال الى بيروت بتاريخ ٢٧/٣
حضرت وسحبت بطاقة صعود الطائرة وجلست في صالة الفرسان
وخلالها تعرضت لتوعك شديد وارتفاع في الحرارة فلم استطع المغادرة الى البوابة وتأخرت دقيقة واحدة وتم رفض صعودي الى الطائرة ولماعدت عدت الى منزلي كانت درجة حرارتي ٣٩٠٥ مئوية فقمت بعمل فحص كورونا وظهرت النتيجة ايجابية على الرغم من انها كانت سلبية قبل السفر بيوم
حاولت الاتصال هاتفيا على مدى يومين السابقين وزرت السعودية في الخالدية ولم استفد لانهم طلبوا مني الاتصال لفتح التذكرة

Sv 832 from JEDDAH to KUL again delay 3.5 hr and bag unload late .. I suppose to land at 1pm and I landed so late waiting for my bag till 5pm also not out yet ..
