Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud, Chairman of Rotana Holding, chaired Rotana›s Board of Directors meeting attended by Dr. Walid Arab Hashem, Vice Chairman, Rotana Holding; Turki Alshabanah, CEO of Rotana TV Channels; and Ms. Nada Alsugair, Board Member. The Board members and representatives from 21 Century Fox were Gary Davey, Managing Director, Content, Sky; and James Ward, Deputy General Counsel, Europe & Asia. Michael Cairns, COO, Rotana Holding; and Nezar Nagro, President of Rotana Media Services, were also present. The Board discussed Rotana’s achievements and commended Rotana Group for these achievements. Moreover, the Board reviewed and discussed the 2017 strategic plans, the operating and financial budget and discussed latest developments. Alshabana said: “The forth coming new year will witness more successes and cooperation with global entities and a strategic partnership with the Saudi Entertainment Authority in line with Vision 2030.”
