Ramada Plaza, the four-star hotel and apartments perched between the Walk JBR and the Dubai Marina, has won the award for the best 4-star hotel at the second edition of the Arabian Travel Awards.

The Awards, held on September 20th 2018 in Dubai, were hosted in the presence of chief guest H E Khalid Jasim Al Midfa - Chairman of the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority (SCTDA), consular dignitaries and tourism and hospitality professionals.

The Ramada Plaza Jumeirah Beach scooped the award by popular Internet vote for a multitude of reasons - including its exceptional location. The property straddles the vibrancy of the Dubai Marina, and the luxurious beach lifestyle of the Jumeirah Beach Walk. It is immersed dynamic life at street level - with shopping malls, shops, restaurants, the unique beach promenade and the pristine waters of the Arabian Gulf an easy walk away.

The hotel’s range of rooms and serviced apartments also made it a favourite. The property offers a range of well-designed hotel rooms - from studios to loft suites. It also features fully-serviced apartments ranging from two bedrooms to sprawling four-bedroom penthouses.

Voters found that the Ramada Plaza Jumeirah Beach’s sleek design and sophisticated amenities made the hotel ideal for short stays as well as more extended trips.

The hotel was also feted for its choice of restaurants, and for being the perfect place to savour a bite. The 35th floor hosts Brazilian Restaurant FOGUEIRA famed for its churrascaria, and the urban chic of outdoor bar SAMA Lounge. The terraces and balconies open up to an interplay of light and shade, with restful views of the white beaches on the one side contrasting with a stunning display city lights on the other.
