Panda Express, America’s favorite Chinese restaurant, has opened its second outlet in the city of Riyadh. The restaurant, operated by Gourmet Gulf, one of the leading food and Beverage Company in the Middle East, is located at Al ghadeer square, on Riyadh’s Northern Ring Road.
