OFFICINE PANERAI AT THE SALON DES GRANDES COMPLICATIONS FOR THE FIRST RIYADH EDITION

 

On the occasion of the Jewellery Salon 2017, Officine Panerai, the Florentine sports high-end watchmaker, is taking part at the first Saudi edition of the Salon des Grandes Complications.

 

Taking place from 8th till 11th of May 2017 at Al Faisaliah Hotel, the exhibition supported by the Embassy of Switzerland in Saudi Arabia, is aiming to gather fine watchmaking brands, master watchmakers, watch collectors, and connoisseurs from the Kingdom and the region at large under one roof to demonstrate their expertise, ingenuousness, and craftsmanship in finest technical timepieces.

The selection of timepieces displayed by Panerai during these 4 days will include: Luminor Due 3 Days Oro Rosso and Luminor Due 3 Days Automatic Acciaio, two watches with a totally new case inspired by the lines of the classic Luminor 1950 but subtly redesigned by a reduction in the thickness.

 

Furthermore, Officine Panerai will also display two special timepieces fitted with the new P.9010 automatic calibre with a power reserve of three days; the Luminor Marina 1950 3 Days Automatic Acciaio – 44mm. These new novelties can be admired through the sapphire crystal porthole in the caseback and the high quality technical content and subtly modified proportions have reduced the thickness and weight of the case.

 

Lastly, the new Luminor Marina 1950 CarbotechTM 3 Days Automatic – 44mm is the first Luminor Marina made using carbotech. With a P.9010 automatic calibre and a power reserve of three days, this unique timepiece ensures absolutely exceptional technical performance with the structure of the carbotech that enhances both the appearance and performance.
