NHC offers 12,000 residential units via Sakani platform

The National Housing Co. (NHC) offered 12,000 new residential units for reservation via Sakani platform, at competitive prices starting from SAR 350,000.

The move is part of the company's efforts to provide more integrated housing options across the Kingdom, at affordable prices. This also aims to contribute to achieving the goals of the Housing Program, which is one the Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives, by raising the percentage of ownership to 70%.

In May, NHC announced delivering more than 25,000 units to Saudi families, which are expected to exceed 30,000 by the end of August 2023.
