Mobily develops an operational plan to serve Pilgrims through 100 sales points

Mobily has started its exclusive preparations to continue its process to for this pilgrimage season 1436. the company applies a comprehensive and operational plan based on its accumulative experience of past years, and accordingly Mobily managed to attract the attention and admiration, thanks to its huge and strong infrastructure, and its closeness to pilgrims and its innovative services provided to them.

 

Mobily is keen to be present in all places frequented by pilgrims, whether through the main branches or through POS deployed in the holy sites and ports, either land, air, sea and Miqats. The sale points are more than 100 points providing special offers which allow pilgrims to communicate with their loved ones at competitive prices.

 

Mobily has already announced the readiness of all offices allocated to inform and guide the pilgrims  about all available services and products, outlets in the airports, timings, Masha’er places surrounding the central zone, outlets providing full services to pilgrims and visitors, such as Haj package 4G and 3G networks, sales of mobile phones. The company also keens to distribute awareness brochures with multiple languages.

 

Mobily’s initiative comes to confirm the spirit of welcome that is one of the main characteristics of the Kingdom and to highlight the positive perception image. It is known that the Hajj experience remains in memory. From this point, this requires to highlight the image that goes with the values of the land of the Two Holy Mosques.
