Millennium Hotels & Resorts MEA, one of the fastest growing regional hotel management companies in the Middle East & Africa, proudly introduces the second batch of “TooMooH” Executive Development Programme with 12 new participants joining the programme. Recently launched in KSA, Oman, Kuwait and UAE and aimed to accelerate localization of jobs and promote regional talent and leadership development in the hospitality industry, TooMooH initiative continues to attract regional talents and enable them to be a driving force in the region’s economic development.

The first batch of TooMooH Executive Development participants launched in September 2018 are well into their development milestones and on the way to career success with a few colleagues already promoted to managerial positions and the others earmarked for future roles.

‘TooMooH’, which means ‘Ambition’, is a comprehensive, four tier, and national development, programme focusing on the career advancement of fresh graduates, executives and leaders. ‘TooMooH’ will, integrate GCC Nationals in the private sector and offer increased opportunities in the hospitality industry.
