Majid Al Futtaim malls across the country will brighten up the Eid Al Adha festivities for visitors with a host of offers, grand prizes, dazzling entertainment and interactive activities during the holidays.

 

The leading shopping mall, retail and leisure pioneer across the Middle East and North Africa has planned a jam-packed celebration week for residents and tourists with cash prizes and luxury gifts of up to AED 500,000 up for grabs and breath-taking exclusive family entertainment daily.

Go on a shopping spree for Eid gifts at any of the Majid Al Futtaim malls and be rewarded for it with daily cash prizes.

 

Mall of the Emirates is giving away AED 15,000 worth of mall vouchers every day. Shopping for AED 650 will give visitors a chance to win the gift cards from September 1 until September 8.

 

City Centre Deira has more rewards in store for visitors this Eid. From August 31 until September 3, shoppers who spend AED 500 have a chance of spinning a life-size wheel to win instant retailer vouchers and mall gift cards worth up to AED 2000

 

Visitors can double their chances of winning at City Centre Mirdif during the first three days of Eid. Shopping for AED 300 will get them two coupons for a draw to win AED 5,000 daily.

 

At City Centre Al Shindagha, City Centre Me’aisem and My City Centre Al Barsha, the winning continues with the Shop, Spin & Win’ campaign. Shopping for AED 200 will give customers a chance to enter the draw from which 60 shoppers will be selected to try their luck on the wheel of fortune to win gift vouchers. There are AED 500,000 in cash prizes and luxury gifts up for grabs until September 3.

 

The malls will come alive with stunning live performances and spellbinding carnivals for the entire family during the holidays. For the first time in the region, the world-famous variety ensemble Face Team will be performing at Mall of the Emirates on September 1 and 2, with three shows every day from 4pm until 9pm. The UK-based group rose to fame after they won over the judges of Britain’s Got Talent with their death-defying routines in 2012. Face Team’s member Daniel Albert also holds the Guinness World Record for the “Farthest basketball slam dunk – trampoline.” The performers will enthrall the audience with their extraordinary acrobatic feats after which visitors can pose with the stars for selfies in a special meet and greet opportunity.

 

Mall of the Emirates will host the Malambo group act Malevo from Season 11 of America’s Got Talent on September 1 and 7. They will also be performing at City Centre Deira on September 2 and 8 and at City Centre Me’aisem on September 4.

 

Visitors can catch the electrifying hip-hop dance troupe Superhoodz at Mall of the Emirates on September 2, 6 and 8, while shoppers at City Centre Me’aisem can enjoy their show on September 5.

 

A Royal Masquerade will transform Mall of the Emirates into a carnival on September 3 and City Centre Deira on September 5. Visitors can update their Instagram stories with the vibrant performances by The Walking Garden at Mall of the Emirates on September 4, at City Centre Deira on September 1 and 6, and City Centre Me’aisem on September 2 and 7.

 

The Dubai Festivals & Retail Establishment roster of activities for Eid continues with foot-tapping music by the Euphoria Band at Mall of the Emirates on September 5 and City Centre Deira on September 3 and 7.

 

The funny men from Clowns Journey will keep the visitors at City Centre Deira in stiches on September 4 and shoppers at City Centre Me’aisem can laugh out loud at their antics on September 6 and 8.

 

City Centre Mirdif has a fun and engaging Toys Factory show organised to keep its young visitors entertained during the Eid break, until September 7.

 

 

 

Malls in the Northern Emirates

 

City Centre Sharjah will be spreading the Eid cheer with an interactive ‘Smile Booth’ for three days from 10am until 10pm during the festival. Spreading smiles and laughter all around, the mall invites families to put on their biggest smile when they enter the booth that will be playing funny videos. Hidden cameras will snap their joyous time and they will receive those photos in a customised frame, or can share the moment instantly on social media with the  #SmileAtCCShj hashtag.

Visitors will also get to see the picture-perfect moments displayed on a screen outside the booth.  

 

City Centre Ajman will make Eid special for all its loyal customers by continuing its monthly rewards programme where they have a chance of winning mall vouchers daily. To stay active during Eid, the mall invites shoppers to play ‘Pedal Power’ an interactive game where they must race miniature cars on a specially designed track by pedalling a stationary bike.

 

Parents can enrol their kids for a hands-on driving workshops at City Centre Fujairah for an exciting lesson in road safety where they will get to drive mini cars during the Eid break. The mall’s driving academy, which is on until September 15, will put children behind the wheel for an interactive lesson on safe driving and they’ll even receive a City Centre Fujairah license on completion. Shoppers also can win a GMC Sierra and awesome prizes worth AED 35,000 during Eid.

 

Families visiting My City Centre Al Nasseriya from September 1 to 3 are in for a sweet treat with a host of activities from crafting paper flowers workshops to planting sunflower seeds, which is part of the mall’s sustainability programme. There also a face painting section for kids at the mall during Eid.

 

Customers who spend AED100 also get a chance to capture their great moments with families and friends at the Matajer Malls. They have a chance to create their own souvenir booklets with 28 different photos taken at the mall from September 1 to 5 at Matajer Al Juraina and from September 1 until 3 at Matajer Al Mirgab.

 

Majid Al Futtaim malls across the region will also be creating great moments for shoppers this Eid with live entertainment. City Centre Qurum will delight visitors with drummers, jugglers, and unicyclists roaming throughout the mall four times a day between 5pm and 11pm from September 1 until 3.
