As part of Jeddah Season, a competitive and educating scavenger hunt will take Jeddah residents and visitors on a journey that explores the best areas of the historic district of the City of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in a fun, interactive, and unique way.

The interactive adventure “ KANZ ALBALAD” which will kick off on June 8, 2019, in Balad, is designed to help participants learn about the area, the city, interact with businesses and stores and improve their creativity and problem-solving.

Players/public in teams will compete to find hidden objects or places by following a series of clues, with the objective to educate the public on the history of Jeddah and create a sense of appreciation.

Competitors will log-in on their own mobile devices to a dedicated and secured web-browsing page, where they will be able to select whether to play in English or Arabic.

The main objectives of “ KANS ALBALAD” are activities and attractions in line with Jeddah’s culture and heritage, engaging men and women residents and visitors of all age groups, active participation of local businesses and professional communities, partnerships to introduce international expertise and standards, creating new local jobs and volunteering opportunities and educating the masses on the historical and cultural significance of Al Balad

Prizes &Giveaways will be as follow:

Individual teams, 1st Prize 10,000 SAR worth of Gold Coins + 'Gold' Medal, 2nd Prize 5,000 SAR worth of Silver coins + 'Silver' Medal and 3rd Prize iPhone XR or Cash Equivalents + 'Bronze' Medal.

Team of the week will receive Apple Watch 4 or Cash Equivalent "Gold" Medals and overall Winner of the season by point Antique worth of 60,000.
