Jannah Burj Al Sarab Unveils World Literacy Day Event for the Young Ones

Jannah Burj Al Sarab enriches the importance of education as it unveils its preparations for the upcoming World Literacy Day on the 8th of September.

Children are invited to visit the award-winning hotel for a one of a kind learning afternoon that aims to showcase best-selling children’s novels, educational learning materials and the country’s prestige collection of cultural books. Characters will be brought to life by the hotel’s storytellers in an interactive reading session from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm. The event aims to create a venue where children can meet new friends and spend a unique quality time with each other before the school year begins.

“We at Jannah Hotels & Resorts recognize the empowerment that literature brings to children. Extensive learning materials such as books allow children to learn using their imagination and develop a deeper understanding on certain aspects. This stands as one of the greatest learning opportunities we as adults can offer them,” said Mohamed Hani Fakih, Chief Operating Officer of Jannah Hotels & Resorts.

The Dining Room will be offering a special kids menu prices at AD 39, featuring mini pizzas, penne pasta, fish fingers and chicken nuggets. Quick afternoon refreshments will also be a delight for parents as the rooftop lounge, Malaga, offers a variety of beverages, shishas along with a selection of canapés as the children are spellbound over the line up of reading materials available.
