International Property Show 2017 confirms participation from biggest real estate enterprises in Dubai

Strategic Marketing and Exhibitions has announced that the 13th International Property Show will be held from April 2 to 4 at Dubai International Convention Centre. The show, only one of its kinds that allows sales and purchases for both local and international properties, will attract international and local companies and investors involved in sales and promotion of real estate, as well as thousands of visitors.

Latest studies forecast growth of the real estate sector in Dubai. A report issued by KPMG predicts an improvement in the real estate market in Dubai in 2017, despite the challenges it faced in 2016 due to internal and external factors.

KPMG says that the improvement will be driven by new systems which control real estate sector in Dubai; especially since the areas with affordable residential units in many cases have maintained their value or rent returns.

International Property Show 2017, which is supported by Dubai Land Department, is an international platform which provides investors, buyers and key players from inside and outside the UAE with great investment opportunities.

Through this exhibition, Dubai has become a real estate centre that drives the growth of the real estate sector in the region and the world. This edition of the show will have many events and seminars; it will also show the global trends in the real estate investment field and discuss solutions to challenges that prevent the maximum benefit of real estates.

“The stability in the property sector in Dubai is a safety valve for investors, and the main reason behind the stability is the sound policies to organise the real estate sector, and provide investment opportunities for locals and expats. It should be noted that the directives of our leadership to bring happiness to locals and expats have a positive impact and add value remarkably,” said HE Sultan Butti Bin Mejren, Director-General of Dubai Land Department.

“The forthcoming edition of International Property Show is going to bring greater success. The show organisers are keen to present the potential of the real estate sector. At the same time, all participants will have the chance to be part of the real estate development process in Dubai, whether they are companies, clients, developers or individuals, which will help exchange experiences and achieve mutual benefits,” HE Bin Mejren continued.

“All the figures confirm that Dubai is one of the biggest real estate destinations in the world, whether in terms of speed and workmanship in delivering luxury residential units, or in terms of the positive atmosphere and factors that motivate people to invest in the real estate market. All these characteristics will be reflected at the international property show, which will provide opportunities to buy and sell properties easily, according to regulations,” added HE Bin Mejren.

Groups of leading real estate developers from UAE, Cyprus, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Malaysia, Philippines, India, Pakistan, UK, USA and Canada are going to participate in the International Property Show 2017. These companies are operating in the fields of building residential complexes, high buildings, entertainment facilities, retail outlets, banks, asset management, and investment areas; in addition to construction engineers, interior design companies and architects.

“International Property Show 2017 presents a lot of promising opportunities for big and small investors. The show allows everybody to be part of a platform that gathers all the key players in the real estate sector from all over the world. This show impact reaches the neighboring countries as it creates an environment for investment that benefits even the areas outside Dubai, which has become regional and international real estate hub,” said Dawood Al Shezawi, CEO, Strategic Marketing and Exhibitions, organisers of the show.

“We are keen to have more real estate developers to participate in the show, to enable us to attract more investors, especially to Dubai. We are glad with the extended strategic partnership with Dubai Land Department. The department’s role in regulating the real estate industry helps boost the real estate investment in related sectors, especially tourism and shopping,” Al Shezawi added.

Al Shezawi said that the International Property Show 2017 is held in conjunction with Annual Investment Meeting, organised under the patronage of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice-President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai. This gives extra value to the show, since real estate investment is one of the strongest drivers in Dubai, and it can attract more investors in real estate creating bigger cash flow in this vital sector.
