Industry Ministry focuses on small investors in industrial sector: AlKhorayef

The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources recently focused on small investors in the industrial sector as Saudi Arabia doubles down on youth who perceive industry as a promising opportunity, according to Minister Bandar AlKhorayef.

In an interview with Al Ekhbariya TV, Alkhorayef said that the ministry has implemented a financing program tailored for small investors and entrepreneurs, featuring simple conditions. He also highlighted the significance of ready-built factories as a crucial opportunity in this regard.

The minister noted that the industrial Oasis Model created a new opportunity for a specific type of investors and industries, emphasizing that it provides opportunities for small investors, entrepreneurs, and empowers women.

A significant portion of the available spaces in the oases was designated for ready-built factories, he added. This approach aims to alleviate the financial burden on investors and expedite the construction and licensing procedures.
