Huawei Launches ‘VIP’ Service in Saudi Arabia

Huawei Tech. Investment Co. Ltd. announced today the launch of a ‘VIP’ service for its customers in Saudi Arabia through its authorized service centre.

The new service offers consumers of Huawei devices, including Mate 9, Honor 8, and latest P10 Plus and P10, technical support in order to receive the phone that needs maintenance from the customer for free, during the warranty period, and includes the on-screen protection service, in which the company replaces the screen that was broken due to falling or collision during the first three months of the purchase period or from the time of validity of the warranty.

It is our effort to always cater to the specific needs of the markets we operate in. Recognising the needs of our loyal customers in the Kingdom, we are very pleased to announce this new service and are looking forward to announcing many more unique offerings for them in the future.”

In addition, Huawei has announced free pick up of devices in areas with no service centres. Consumers will only incur maintenance fees if the device is no longer covered under a warranty. Handset will be entitling for free pickup and delivery repair services within warranty period.

In 2017, Huawei will continue to develop a strategy focused on channel, retail, brand, marketing and services, to strengthen the business base and streamline operations and customer service.  The company will continue building on its core competencies to lead the future and become a popular cultural and technical brand for consumers.
