Hilton Al Ain Embarks on Traditional Fare for Ramadan

As the Holy Month of Ramadan draws near, Hilton Al Ain has unveiled its roaster of specially curated Iftar and Suhoor menu through the expertise of Chef Adel Nagaty that seeks to add a distinct taste to the season. With over 30 years of expertise under his belt, Chef Adel has accomplished an unrivaled experience in the luxury dining industry working his way through the Hilton brand and eventually travelling to the Al Ain as the guest Chef for Ramadan.

 

All-day dining destination, Flavours restaurant and the crowd-favorite Ramadan Tent which will rise in the luscious Makhani Garden will be home to Chef Adel’s mouth-watering recipes of Arabic cuisines for the weekday and weekend Ramadan celebrations. The buffet is priced at AED 120* for adults and AED 60* for children ages 6-11 years. For every 10 Iftar, guests get 2 more for Iftar for free on the same day.

 

Iftars at Hilton Al Ain are replete with selections from the Middle East, Europe and Asia at Flavours restaurant where indulgent connoisseurs can savor unlimited portions of cold and hot Levantine mezzes, oozing continental classics, enriched rice mixes and sweet dynamics of pastries and fruits from sundown until 8:30 pm.Those opting for a lavish sit-down experience can delight in a sumptuous three-course Iftar by the gardens at the Makani Ramadan Tent where sophisticated plates of appetizers, main gastronomies and desserts are enjoyed with signature Ramadan beverages. Priced at AED 99* per person. (including water and Ramadan juices).

 

Suhoor will also take stage at the Makani Ramadan Tent from Thursdays to Fridays with a delectable spread of Arabic specialties. Among the highlights of the feast include tabouleh, fattush, stuffed vine leaves, hot selections of spinach fatayer and sambousek for starters, main courses of chicken biryani, baked pasta and juicy mixed grills, and sweet varieties of baklavas and cakes that are poised as the perfect combination for drinks such as tamr, hindi, jellab and fresh juices. The evening will be married with classical oud and duff harmonies that will draw in a traditional Ramadan atmosphere. Weekend Buffet at Ramadan Tent at AED 99* per person
