First Tribes Carnivore Launches in The Dubai Mall

DUBAI: Launching on 31st August 2016, Tribes Carnivore is the latest concept to be launched under the Tribes brand name, offering an all-you-can-eat casual-dining concept located in the Dubai Mall. The tribal-themed restaurant serves an extensive, meaty menu that sees diners tucking into a range of premium meat cuts, alongside a host of hearty sides, salads and sauces for lunch and dinner.

  • All-you-can-meat Dinner: AED165
  • Opening Hours: The outlet is open from 11.30am to 11pm on weekdays (Sunday to Thursday) and from 11.30am to 12am on weekends (Friday and Saturday) 

 

Tribes restaurants would be incomplete without the famous Tribes atmosphere and Tribes Carnivore is no different. With staff hailing from various tribes across Africa, the team sets the tone in the venue with their friendly, upbeat serving style. Tribal-themed music will be played throughout the venue and our African tribal drummers and live singers will, as always, be on hand to perform for guests on birthdays and special occasions 

 

Tribes Carnivore has both indoor and outdoor seating that can accommodate up to 138 guests. The indoor dining space can seat up to 96 guests; or guests can enjoy breathtaking views of Downtown Dubai, on the 42-seat terrace that overlooks the Dubai Fountains and Burj Khalifa. The new venue takes inspiration from the original Tribes, with dark wood interiors and earthy tones, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

 

With a range of delicious meats to choose from, the ‘all-you-can-meat’ concept doesn’t hold back on the culinary front. For those looking to appeal to their inner carnivore, try the flaming-hot portions of spicy lamb rump steaks, Cape Malay spiced prawns, BBQ glazed short ribs and rump steaks, cooked fresh and carved at your table. Each meat cut is marinated in a unique blend or herbs and spices, before being cooked to perfection by Executive Chef Prabakaran Manickam and his team of experts. 

 

Alongside its meaty offerings, Tribes Carnivore will serve up a range of delicious, hearty sides including seasonal salads, polenta chips, truffle mash and chat potatoes. 

 

All dishes are served tableside, individually plated, straight from the kitchen by the friendly wait staff to ensure freshness. The menu is set to change every few days, as new cuts will be added along with an array of different sides. Rest assured, regular diners will always have something new to try. Seasonal spins on regular dishes will ensure that the venue will use produce what is fresh and in-season.
