Emirates Park Zoo and Resort has announced its participation in this year’s Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX). Held under the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in the Al Dhafra Region in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Emirates Falconers Club, supported by The Cultural Programs and Heritage Festivals Committee, and organized by the Emirates Falconers Club, the exhibition aims to showcase Middle East’s hunting, equestrian, outdoor and marine sports as well as its safari, arts, culture and heritage.

From 12th of September until the 16th of September, Emirates Park Zoo and Resort brings the jungle life to the halls of the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) with exciting bird presentation everyday day at the main arena.Emirates Park Zoo and Resort’s residents including Tropical birds like rose breasted cockatoo, blue golden macaw, channel billed toucan and birds of prey like harris hawk,owl, and golden eagle will take center stage to present a unique experience and interact with visitors. The bird presentation is bound to give its audience a full learning experience that analyzes the different array of birds found in the Middle East and around the world.

Another must-see for Abu Dhabi’s hit zoo destination is a photo booth featuring different exotic birds and birds of prey for a one of a kind photo opportunity.

Being the only dedicated exhibition to highlight the equestrian and wildlife culture in the region, ADIHEX provides us with a platform to bring the wildlife closer to people and to educate the masses on importance of the different kinds of animals in world.”

ADIHEX 2017 will take place on 12-16 September 2017 at Halls 3 to 11 of ADNEC from 11:00 – 11:00 pm. Visit Emirates Park Zoo and Resort at Hall 10. Admission fee is AED 20 per day. No infants or children under the age of 12 will be permitted to enter the exhibition unless accompanied by their parents.
