With the continuation of Emirates NBD – KSA’s strong record in Corporate Social Responsibility programs and community service, it has recently sponsored the Awareness Campaign on Oral and Dental Health organized by the College of Dentistry of the King Saud University in Riyadh. The campaign was held in Hayat Mall, and in numerous Saudi schools in Riyadh and was organized under the supervision of Community Dental Health Division under the slogan "Together for a Beautiful Smile", which aims to introduce the importance of oral hygiene.

 

The bank's sponsorship of the "Together for a Beautiful Smile" awareness campaign is part of the Bank's aim to serve the community based on interest in human development. Dr. Ahmed Al Qahtani, Dean of the College of Dentistry honored the Bank and presented the campaign's trophy to express the College's appreciation for the support received from Emirates NBD.

 

"Emirates NBD is keen to participate in events that serve the community and raise the level of health awareness among citizens," said Eng. Loai Abdul Jawad, CEO of Emirates NBD in Saudi Arabia. "We were pleased to participate in this awareness campaign organized by the Dentistry College students at King Saud University, which provides education that reinforces the integration between academic institutions and the community around them”, he added.

 

Emirates NBD - Saudi Arabia is the first foreign bank to obtain a license to operate in Saudi Arabia and is currently seeking to open three new branches soon in Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar during this year.
