Competition winners will win a year’s free rent at either Nad Al Hamar Avenues or 93-94 Avenues Community Centres’ worth AED 1million

In line with the UAE declaring 2017 as the year of giving, leading property developer and real estate management company, International House for Real Estate Project Management (IHRPM), is launching the ‘Unleash Your Inner Entrepreneur Campaign’. This exciting competition is aimed at giving future and upcoming entrepreneurs a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to take the next step in developing their business.

 

The competition has been launched in partnership with Dubai SME, the agency of Dubai Economy mandated to develop the small and medium enterprise (SME) sector, and a team of reputable firms that will boost the final winner towards operating a successful enterprise in the UAE. It is designed for aspiring small businesses and entrepreneurs across the GCC, including UAE and GCC nationals for the Nad Al Hamar venue.

IHRPM has selected an incubator partner for each location to help pilot the entrepreneur through all the processes required to set up a business in Dubai.  The Nad Al Hamar winner will work with Dubai SME, which will provide well-rounded guidance for the entrepreneur to kick-start their business. In addition to assistance in setting up their business, Dubai SME will provide the Emirati winning entrepreneur with a free specialised training program, free consultation as well as subsidised license and for non-Emirati winners will provide free specialised training and free consultation.

Alternatively, any UAE resident can enter to win a year’s free rent at 93-94 Avenues by submitting their business plan to www.9394avenues.com . Participants will have the opportunity to view the two developments and learn more about the USPs of the locations. Selected candidates will be contacted via e-mail and phone to move onto the next stage of the selection process.
