It just got #warmerwithwokyo as the popular noodle bar in JLT launches a new menu on 25 January.

 

Featuring authentic and delicious Sapporo Miso Ramen and Sapporo Shoyu Ramen, Wokyo’s new menu combines wholesome and hearty bowls of goodness with warm, friendly service and a look and feel that transports diners to the streets of Tokyo.

 

The two types of broth served at Wokyo, one non-vegetarian and the other for vegetarians, pack a ton of flavor. Each is simmered for up to 10 hours using locally sourced fresh farm chicken, beef, fresh herbs, vegetables, fruits and Japanese spices.  The ramen toppings can comprise anything from fresh vegetables like pak choi and bean sprouts to slices of fresh meat. All these ingredients are tossed in a wok giving the ramen its distinct Sapporo style wok sizzling flavor and this combination is then added to authentic Japanese ramen noodles from Hokkaido Japan.

 

“We have long been the go-to option for a hearty bowl of noodles and with the success of our Sapporo Ramen festival last month, we will continue to follow master ramen chef Ishida Sakae’s beloved recipe ,” said Zak, operations director, Wokyo.

 

The menu will continue to include signature favorites such as Malay Laksa soup, signature stir fry like Shanghai sichuan noodles and drinks like hot matcha latte.

 

“The timing of this new menu couldn’t be more perfect as it coincides with the launch of #warmerwithwokyo, our new campaign that incorporates this and additions to our already packed activity calendar. With the cool weather upon us, there’s no better time to join us at Wokyo for good food, good vibes and a guaranteed good time,” he added.

 

Diners at Wokyo can look forward to a number of exciting activities under the #warmerwithwokyo umbrella including Japanese drumming sessions, origami classes and Japanese calligraphy demonstrations.
