“Daily PR” sponsors 16 medical events in 2016

CEO of the renowned public relations agency “Daily Public Relations”, Mahmood Al-Nasheet, revealed that the agency will sponsor 16 regional and global medical eventsin Dubai in 2016.

 

Al-Nasheet explained that the agency’s interest in the medical events stems from its belief of the importance of the community partnership and health educationand its role in preventing communities from diseases.

 

He highlighted the importance of health education in the prevention of diseases which, he said, have become a threat to communities and national economies. “Bahrain spends 3.4% of its general budget on health which is a rising rate according to the International Monetary Fund. This is a large percentage if compared with GCC countries in which the spending rates amounts between 1.8% and 2.4%,” he explained. 

 

CEO of Daily PR stressed that the agency’s awareness of its media role, encouraged it to establish a monthly medical supplement and to sponsor medical and health activities with a view to giving voice to these events to the largest number of recipients and through possible media.

 

“The agency’s achievements qualified it to gain confidence at the local level through several issues and initiatives that strengthen the partnership and awareness like “The Medical” monthly supplement which won the “Gulf Excellence Award” in the field of health media for the distinguished media institutions and printed media categories. This coincided with two-year anniversary of the issuance of the supplement, which continues to come out for the third year,” he said. 

 

“Our frequent successive achievements consolidated many institutions’ confidence in the agency among the GCC countries in general and in the UAE in particular which depended on us to do all media affairs of 16 medical events. This gesture will definitely support partnership between private and public sectors at the GCC level. We are proud of this partnership and it highly appreciated,” he added. 

 

The agency’s boss stressed that they continue their quest to fully sponsor all medical events in Bahrain and in the GCC. “We seek to reach international levels as a distinct Bahraini institution that is building a great success through national cadres,” he highlighted. 

 

“The agency is seeking to implement the Arab proverb that means “Prevention is better than cure” by providing ((both prevention awareness and cure)) aiming to alleviate human suffering caused by diseases and alleviate health care budgets in the GCC countries, which are expected to reach about $ 69.4 billion by 2018, according to statistics unveiled by the World Bank.
