CTS Systems , the world’s preeminent company in the field of commission management , collection , reconciliation and reporting for tourism and hospitality sector started recently its operation in the Middle East selecting Dubai as their regional hub in partnership with Al Ketbi consultancy .

CTS Systems was founded 25 years and based in Alpharetta, GA USA. The company is embarking on a major global expansion opening offices in UK, Scandinavia, Middle East and Hong Kong in 2017.

This was announced today ( Wednesday ) in a press conference held in Al Khoory Atrium Hotel in Al Barsha attended by Mark Lewington CEO of CTS Systems  who is a native of the United Kingdom and holds a Business Finance Degree from the University of Hertfordshire.

Mr Lewington  said we are pleased to enter the Middle East region through Dubai gate which is the focal point in the region offering unprecedented services and facilities for investors and entrepreneurs .

He added that : our company provides real value for the clients and handled over US$ 7 Billion in travel revenues in 2016 with more than 45 million transactions processed .

With over 9,000 independent hotel relationships and global partnerships giving us access to over 33,000 hotels and travel suppliers, we provide seamless service to our clients, he added .

 

 

Lewington affirmed that we are helping our clients to reduce their costs and payment systems in both online and off-line service environments .

CTS Systems aim to build collaborative partnerships with the clients , vendors and business partners as well as global communities .

Awad Al Ketbi said It pleases us to be the regional partner of CTS Systems in UAE ,  GCC and the Middle East based in Dubai .

He added that through this  partnership we can provide this important service for our partners in the area . “ We already started the partnership in Dubai and shortly will expand in UAE and outside .
