Bupa Arabia implements Young Leaders Program to develop Saudi talent

Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance has developed and enhanced the Young Leaders Program created by the company to attract newly graduated Saudi talents into various functions of Bupa Arabia, training and enhancing their skills and professional knowledge to be ready to take on their roles, master their positions and grow into leaders with the company.

The Young Leaders Program is a 2-year program that will train these successfully applied graduates into the specific field of their specialisation at Bupa Arabia with a wide range of unique opportunities, such as working and learning from professionals working within the company, to traveling and receiving international expertise from various Bupa offices around the world. This is to ensure that these individuals will receive the precise trainings and knowledge required in adequate period, especially in such a growing and demanding industry, to gain the needed skills and grow to become leaders in the healthcare industry.

Thamer Al Harthi, Chief HR Officer of Bupa Arabia stated that: “It’s our absolute pleasure to host such a detail oriented program that goes in line with our efforts to support the fresh Saudi talents emerging into the workforce, and maintaining job security for our citizens to become leaders in our corporation.
