Auto-dealers in KSA emphasise on training and after sales services delivering quality and ensuring customer satisfaction


In a bid to boost customer satisfaction and deliver higher quality standards, automotive dealers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are increasingly investing time and resources in training their personnel in specific skills especially in the after sales services. Among which, is Suzuki Saudia, the sole distributor of Suzuki vehicles in Saudi Arabia and part of Bamarouf Group.

“The automotive industry as a whole in Saudi Arabia requires constant enhancement and these developments can be made across several channels. Customers are always keen to receive the best services. Accordingly, we are conducting in-depth training sessions for our personnel so that they can effectively respond to new market trends and customer expectations, across various different department including the after sales.” said Maher Al Nabawi, Deputy General Manager of Suzuki Saudia.

Al Nabawi added: “As part of the new efforts at Suzuki Saudia, an experienced team of experts is set to conduct vehicle testing before it is handed back to the customer after the periodical servicing and maintenance. This process ensures that the vehicle is in excellent driving condition and will also address any problems that the customer has not identified or reported,”

Al Nabawi concluded: “Suzuki Saudia is developing its management framework for its engineers, management and sales teams. All this is done to ensure customers’ satisfaction and maintain our positive reputation.”
