Audi Complete provides customers with service and maintenance packages which are available with optional upgrades at Fouad Alghanim and Sons Automotive Company, the exclusive dealer of Audi in Kuwait. Maintenance and service agreements can be upgraded up to 120,000 km, covering Audi vehicles for a 5-year plan, depending on the individual Audi model. Owners can be rest assured that their service and maintenance requirements will be taken care of by Audi’s trained technicians.

Audi provides up to 5 years or 75,000 km complimentary service with its vehicles and offers the extended Audi Complete packages tailored to each owner’s needs, whether it’s for service, maintenance, roadside assistance or warranty.

 

The Audi Service Package offers full routine servicing for your vehicle with regular scheduled service inspections that cover a comprehensive checklist. This includes the replacement of engine oil, oil filter, pollen and air filters, brake fluid, spark plugs and washer additive.

 

The Audi Maintenance Package offers additional benefits covering certain parts and items such as wiper blades, brake pads and disks, which are replaced free of charge along with labor should they be due for repair or replacement within the defined coverage period.

 

The Audi Extended Warranty can be purchased to extend the car’s warranty up to 24 months to assure continuous exclusive care for your vehicle. Extended warranty coverage includes comprehensive breakdown cover against mechanical, electrical or electronic components including infotainment units. 

 

The Audi roadside assistance offers recoveries, repairs, transporting the vehicle to Audi service center and yearly comprehensive insurance at competitive rates.
