Alhokair Group begins catering contract for residential complex in NEOM

Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development (Alhokair Group) said it started providing catering services at a residential complex in NEOM, as per the timetable outlined in the award letter.

The company is engaged in finalizing the site preparations and appointing qualified personnel, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The first batch has been received in compliance with the terms stated in the award letter.

The contract procedures are being finalized with Alpha Facilities Contracting Co., the statement said.

Any important developments will be disclosed in due course.

Alhokair Group announced that it was awarded, on Dec. 17, 2023, a project by Alpha Facilities Contracting, an affiliate of Al Fanar Group, to provide catering services at a residential complex in NEOM, at an estimated value of SAR 760 million, according to data available with Argaam.

The expected financial impact of this partnership will begin as of Q1 2024.
