Minister of Commerce and Investment Majid Bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi visited the ministry’s branch in the Northern Border Province city of Arar.

Al-Qasabi reviewed the services provided by the ministry to all beneficiaries in the Northern region in general, as well as the functions and performance of inspection teams on the establishments and markets in Arar.

On the sidelines of the visit, Al-Qasabi met with businessmen and businesswomen in Arar and reviewed with them the trade opportunities in the region and the challenges facing the private sector.

Al-Qasabi reiterated the ministry’s keenness on and interest in all initiatives and proposals submitted by the private sector. He affirmed that the ministry was constantly exerting all efforts to develop and improve the business and investment environment in various regions of the Kingdom.
