Al Faisaliah appointed Francesco Pantalone as new Hotel Manager

Al-Faisaliah, the Saudi capital’s premium five-star hotel, has appointed Francesco Pantalone as its new hotel manager, drawing on his vast experience in the hospitality industry of 15 years across four continents.

Pantalone, who was earlier the hotel manager of the 952-room Shangri-La Hotel, Pudong, East Shanghai, China, has an in-depth understanding of both Asian and Western hospitality. During his long career in Asia, Pantalone also held senior leadership roles with international luxury hotel chains, including executive assistant manager, F&B with The Ritz-Carlton.

“I am absolutely thrilled to bring my wealth of experience, drive and passion to Al-Faisaliah Hotel and work along with its team to deliver a new level of hospitality excellence to the Kingdom,” Pantalone said on assuming duty at the prestigious hotel.

Pantalone will bear the responsibility of further advancing the standing of the globally reputed Al-Faisaliah Hotel, which has 224 rooms and 106 suites. Established on May 14, 2000, Al-Faisaliah is a member of the Leading Hotels of the World and has raised the level of luxury hospitality in the Arabian Peninsula to new heights.

From inspired deluxe suites to extravagant royal retreats, the Al-Faisaliah Hotel’s vibrant array of contemporary accommodation boasts the finest furnishings as well as the latest in communication and in-room entertainment systems.

“I am delighted to be part of such a defining moment in the life of the property, and am committed to further grow the excellent value offered by the hotel. I’m indeed looking forward to the experience,” Pantalone said.
