Al Bustan Centre & Residence, the popular hotel-apartment among tourists and businessmen in the heart of Dubai, recently hosted the participating teams and the coaches of 9th Fazza 2018 Para Powerlifting World Cup Championship from 14th to 23rd February 2018.

 

Held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Sports Council (DSC), and organized by Dubai Club for People of Determination, the sporting event aims to provide every opportunity for People of Determination to compete, and learn more about their sports and develop them.

Athletes from around 32 countries such as Algeria, Azerbaijan, Finland, Georgia, India, Iraq, Italy, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Saudi Arabia, Latvia, Malaysia, Moldova, Mongolia, Netherlands, Nepal, Nigeria, Poland, Singapore, Syria, Thailand, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Ghana, Indonesia, Ireland and Turkey participated in the event and were hosted at the property.
