A torn umbrella (EU) will protect none but waken other EU partners

Not very long until the news were released. Britain of today is not Britain of yesterday. 350$ billion were lost, fears, confusions and concerns spread among Britons more notably on Twitter and Facebook. This level of confusion extended to high decision makers; the UK Prime Ministers David Cameron was apparently disappointed while declaring his resignation in this critical period saying “I do not think it would be right for me to be the captain that steers our country to its next destination. A deep look at this statement reveals that the scene of being afraid from drowning is present in Cameron’s resignation speech is presnt; a typr of speech that the right-wing press described as 'emotional'.

While some Britons started questioning the legitimacy of those who voted saying that elderly people have decided the future of the youngest ones. So what? Is not this democracy?

Nevertheless, on the other side, winning the Brexit is a dream that came true to some others. In the middle of all this the Labor Party leader Jeremy Corbyn expressed his disappointment saying that " the levels of inequality in Britain led people to vote in this direction"!  The legitimate question here is: why is there a great disappointment among senior politicians in today’s Britain?.

In fact, some other Euro Citizens went further to question the practices of ‘democracy’ saying that it taught them that it did not like foreigners! ( Laura Spoelstra, a leading fertility advocte and  a Dutch residing in thr UK".

The EU, which seems to be a one of the most solid political bodies in the world, was found to be fragile overnight. However, this harvest is not an overnight harvest. Instead, it is something that can has its reflection on the notion of “democracy” in the age of global security in today’s world.

Edward Snowdon the former NSA Employeee expressed his astonishment saying that :

"No matter the outcome, #Brexit polls demonstrate how quickly half of any population can be convinced to vote against itself. Quite a lesson."

Many other commentaries were released, however, all share a disappointment in the BREXIT decision. In fact, it came as a surprise to the market and the world major Politicians. However, I think there REMAIN an ongoing question that has not been explicitly told yet. What led the public to vote in this direction? What Jeremy Corbyn’s words reveal about “levels of inequity in Britain”.

The type of dialogue and comments found in the #Brexit (a hashtag on twitter) among Britons is a clear evidence of how ambiguous and strict Right-wing (conservative) policies of (Anti- immigrants) have ruined the future of a Britain as a major policy maker in EU and Europe. The right wing won several propaganda campaigns in the past; gaining its legitimacy through spreading fear from immigrants, Nothing more clear that the UKNP famous phrase we have to stop the ongoing "flood of immigrants" from entering the UK. This and many other phrases were pushing the British public in one direction which is the hostility to those who are not from Britain.

However, the result of the Brexit polls came as a shock to the Right Wing in particular. I think this is because they have just wake up; realizing that the elevating feeling of rejection to immigrants/ the "unwelcomed others" in Britain have led the public to think that remaining in the EU is a another source of their ongoing troubles such as unemployment and more increasing taxes. In fact, I hide no secret if I said that some British friends have always told me that they think that their jobs were taken away by other Europeans coming to the UK under the EU umbrella.

An umbrella which in today’s Britain can neither protect from the heavy showers of #Brexit nor from the fractured bodies and communities the BREXIT flood left behind.
